Welcome to One Medicine, a website where you can explore the options for your health and wellness that may work best for you - options that incorporate the mind, the body, the spirit and the emotions. The journey begins with you. You may have discovered that there are two separate realms of medicine, conventional and complementary. In patient treatment, conventional medicine uses pharmaceutical remedies and complementary medicine uses natural healing methods. Although each realm can be helpful individually, the combination of both can increase the chances of overall success. In his practice, Dr. Roca provides a balanced, safe and effective approach of both conventional and complementary traditions in the care of his patients.
